1. General Provisions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the cy666 platform and its users. If accurate and truthful information is not provided, cy666 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance. Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent conduct may also result in legal action.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your cy666 account secure. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Never share your login details with anyone.

Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to the cy666 support team immediately.
You are personally liable for all bets placed from your account, unless the account compromise is reported to cy666 without delay.
Operating multiple accounts from a single device, or operating an account using a VPN, is prohibited.
Transferring, selling, or renting an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on cy666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted:

Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that identity verification on your account has been completed. Withdrawals are only possible via the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account. If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals will be restricted until the wagering requirement has been met.

cy666 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions. This process may cause a temporary delay in withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cy666 provides players with various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is granted under specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit is offered, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Bonus examples:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum cap) → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Wagering example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus has a set expiry period; any bonus not used before it expires will be cancelled.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household, address, or device.
Bonuses may be used in games; however, some games may carry a different contribution rate toward wagering calculations.
cy666 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
If bonus abuse is suspected, cy666 may cancel the bonus and review the account.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on cy666 are operated fairly and impartially. The gaming system is built on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely random and unbiased.

6.1 Game Results & Disputes

All game results are stored securely on the server. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, cy666 reserves the right to settle based on the last valid result. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

cy666 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game. These limits are displayed in the game interface. Specific bet limits may apply to certain games when bonus funds are in use.

6.3 Cyber Attacks & Fraud

Any attempt to hack the gaming system, use bots, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage by any other unauthorised means will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all winnings.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, cy666 may close the account, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary, without prior notice.
